The Australian Institute of Architects NSW Chapter Emerging Architects and Graduates Committee - also known as DARCH - visited three sites in North Sydney as part of the second #DARCHSiteTour for 2015 on Saturday 28 March.
According to DARCH: This tour, a skip and a jump just north of the bridge, has a palette consisting of art, architecture, heritage and environment all with a dash of caffeine and a State Election to keep things spicy!
The tour included ‘Intersections: The Art of Architects’ exhibition tour, the Willoughby Incinerator by SJB and Naremburn House by Bijl Architecture. Melonie Bayl-Smith, Vanessa Tang-Lee and the Bijl team were on hand to lead the tour and answer questions about the house.
